What is Thrive In 35?
Thrive is our 5 week Nutrition, Fitness, and Mindset coaching program designed to teach you what and how to eat. So many of our clients shared their stories of frustration and disappointment in the diet programs they had tried in the past. Either they lost weight quickly and shortly gained it back, or the diets were so difficult they couldn’t stick to them at all. As experts in the fitness industry, we know that healthy eating can’t be achieved by eliminating entire categories of food. Nor can it be achieved by restricting calories so much that you’re hungry all the time. Instead, nutrition should be about feeding your body in the right way at the right times, so you feel good about yourself and your health. Hence, our Thrive In 35 nutrition system was created specifically with you in mind.
Add to that fun exercise opportunities to excel with your fitness, and lessons around how to think and shape your thoughts as well as your actions, and you will be right on track to achieve your goals once and for all. When Does Thrive In 35 Begin?
Thrive In 35 will officially run from Sunday July 15th through Saturday August 18th. There is a mandatory orientation on Friday July 13th. Starting measurements take place the week before.
