There are 3 key mindsets we believe you MUST possess if you want to get and stay fit:

  1. Focus on consistency over everything else. The best thing you can do is keep showing up and not quit. Set a goal for how many workouts you want to complete each week, then stick with it. Put the appointment on your calendar, so you can’t help but make it part of your day.
  2. Have a long-term mindset. This means that no matter how you feel one day, what the scale says, etc. that you stay on track. Repeat “I am committing my health forever.” Not just for a certain event, until you’re a certain size, or achieve a certain weight. Remind yourself that, even if the numbers don’t show it, you are making progress.
  3. Find inspiration daily. Whether it’s listening to podcasts, reading, journaling…it doesn’t really matter. Find a way to activate inspiration for your path forward every single day. Affirmations are a great starting point.
