Need a quick, but effective workout that will help strengthen your chest muscles and abdominals at the same time? Join Coach Shannon as she takes you through a simple circuit that you’ll want to repeat time and time again.

Complete Chest Workout with Sliders

This workout takes less than 5 minutes to complete. And we promise… it’s a tough one. If you don’t have rolling sliders at home, a pair of furniture sliders works well on carpet. For hardwood flooring, grab a couple of hand towels and get to work! Here are your moves:

  • Slider Pushups
  • Slider Chest Fly Pulses
  • Slider 1 Arm Rollouts

Complete the Workout On Your Own

Once you get the hang of this workout, feel free to try it on your own.

  1. Set an interval timer to 35:0.
  2. Complete each move for 35 seconds.
  3. When the timer beeps, begin the next move right away.

In the video, Shannon completes the workout two times. Feel free to add another round or two for a longer, more challenging workout. And of course, make sure to have fun! 😉
