Are you looking for a workout that will work your back muscles for better posture and tone? Well, today your San Jose personal trainers are bringing you a simple five minute circuit that you can complete at the gym or at home.
Complete Back Workout with Dumbbells
All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells. If you don’t have any, a matching set of water bottles will do. So hit the play button and let’s get to it!
Complete the Workout On Your Own
Once you get the hang of this workout, feel free to try it on your own.
- Set an interval timer to 35:0.
- Complete each move for 35 seconds.
- When the timer beeps, begin the next move right away.
In the video, Rene completes the workout two times. Feel free to add another round or two for a longer, more challenging workout. And of course, make sure to have fun!
