If you have a Keiser machine at the gym or a set of resistance bungees at home, you can use them to effectively strengthen and tone up. Today we’re bringing you a simple arm circuit workout to help you get sexy arms.

5 Minute Arm Circuit Workout

If you’ve got 5 minutes, you’ve got more than enough time for this workout. Here are the moves:

  • Cable Clutch
  • Cable Curl
  • OH Tricep Press

Hit the play button and follow along with John as he leads you through them. Feel free to hit the replay button if you want a longer, more challenging session.

Complete The Workout On Your Own

Once you have these moves down, feel free to complete this workout on your own.

  1. Set your timer for seven rounds of 35 seconds with zero breaks in-between.
  2. Complete the moves consecutively on the first 3 rounds.
  3. Take a break on round 4.
  4. Repeat for one or more rounds.

Feel free to adjust resistance to cater to your fitness needs. But most importantly have fun!
