You suddenly become ill.
A complete deterioration of self-esteem due to body issues built up over time.

Crazy right? But seriously, act right now! Because procrastination can seem to get the best of us at times and “other important items” always seem to fight for our time. All you need to do is just act.
Even if it means just going for a walk. Any action is good action as long as it is moving you forward towards your goals and away from the “bad outcome” you could be facing.
