He founded Method3 Fitness in 2010 with a clear mission: to inspire people to improve the way they move, eat, and think so they can achieve their goals and LIVE stronger for today.Certified as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and TOA (Training The Older Adult) certified trainer, John's commitment to excellence goes beyond his own expertise. He is passionate about having his entire team TOA certified, ensuring they possess the specialized knowledge to serve the "Older Adult" population with unparalleled care, support, and results. His dedication to continued team education and development reflects his unwavering commitment to providing the best possible fitness experience for individuals at every stage of their fitness journey.
When he's not skillfully steering the Method3 ship, John enjoys spending quality time with his wife Sara and their three boys, Jaxson, Brennan, and Rylan. Additionally, he likes to indulge his inner nerd by diving into sci-fi books. If there's one food he could eat for the rest of his life, it would be chicken quesadillas. :)
