
Justin Sweat
Justin Sweat, aka Coach Sweat, has been a trainer since 2010. He found his passion for fitness and training after he went through his own weight loss journey post-college. Through his weight loss journey, he realized that he wanted to help others achieve the same feeling and success.
In his own training, Justin focuses on Resistance Training and specifically a hybrid style of Functional Training & Bodybuilding using all different forms of equipment (kettlebells, barbells, sled, and much more), keeping his training fun and versatile.
He is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and currently enrolled in Junior College to earn his AA in Kinesiology.
Justin has a passion for fitness, health and people. When not in the gym he enjoys hiking and long walks with his wife and two dogs Pepper and Hudson. His other passion is in the kitchen (both eating & cooking). His favorite meal is steak and eggs. His secret talent is his ability to walk on his hands. Music preference is Rock (70s & 90s) but will listen to anything and everything. And he is a HUGE sports fan.
