Justin Sweat
Justin Sweat, also known as Coach Sweat, has been a trainer since 2010. He discovered his passion for fitness and training during his own weight loss journey after college. Through this transformative experience, Justin realized his desire to help others achieve the same feeling of success and well-being.
In his own training, Justin specializes in Resistance Training, utilizing a hybrid style of Functional Training and Bodybuilding that incorporates various equipment such as kettlebells, barbells, sleds, and more. This approach keeps his training sessions fun, dynamic, and versatile.
Coach Sweat is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is currently enrolled in Junior College to earn his AA in Kinesiology. Furthermore, he is TOA (Training The Older Adult) certified, enabling him to provide specialized support and guidance to older adults in their fitness journeys.
Justin's passion lies in fitness, health, and people. When he's not in the gym, he enjoys hiking and taking long walks with his wife and two dogs, Pepper and Hudson. He also has a deep love for cooking and eating, with steak and eggs being his favorite meal. Additionally, Justin possesses the unique talent of walking on his hands. In terms of music, he leans towards Rock (70s & 90s) but appreciates all genres. As a huge sports fan, Justin's enthusiasm for athletics runs deep.
His guiding quote in life is, 'It's not what you do, it's how you do it. It's not what you see, but how you look at it. It's not how your life is, it's how you live it.'
