If you have a pair of TRX straps or another suspension system at home or at your gym, you can make use them to effectively tone up and slim down. Today we’re bringing you a simple suspension-based core workout to help you tighten your abs.
4 minute TRX Core Workout
If you’ve got 5 minutes, you’ve got more than enough time for this workout. Here are the moves:
- Single leg hinge
- (Side facing) Hip drop
- Rollout
Hit the play button and follow along with Christie as she leads you through them. Feel free to hit the replay button if you want to a longer, more challenging session.
Complete the Workout On Your Own
Once you have these moves down, feel free to complete this workout on your own.
- Set your timer for seven rounds of 35 seconds with zero break in between.
- Complete the moves consecutively on the first 3 rounds.
- Take a break on round 4.
- Repeat for one or more rounds.
