Workout On-The-Go 5: Glutes, Abs, and Cardio
Grab your jump rope and follow along with this quick, six-minute workout. This is a HIIT style workout. Your work period is 45 seconds, with a rest period of 15. If you don’t have a jump rope, no worries. You can fake it 😉
