Studies show that people who schedule their workouts ahead of time are more likely to stick to their routine and ultimately reach their fitness goals. Give yourself that extra bit of accountability by following these tips:

  • Set aside time to choose your workouts for the week – Most people do this during the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
  • Write them down – Pencil your workouts into a physical calendar. Make sure it is placed somewhere you can see it, like on your fridge at home or in your cubicle at work.
