Folks, meet Gary V.
Gary Started with us in June 2017 . Before he came to Method3, Gary was not doing anything fitness related. In 2017, he decided he needed a change. He originally signed up for our group training classes, but later switched to 30 minute private training with Markus. This is when he started to see his results.
Gary’s Results
Before Gary came to Method3 Fitness, his shoulder was in a lot of pain. He was not able to lift his arm past shoulder level without wincing. He also struggled with cardiovascular endurance. From June till now, Gary has made major improvements. He can now almost fully extend his arm straight above his shoulder with little to NO pain. On cardio exercises, he takes fewer breaks than when he first began.
Major Win: Gary’s first goal for 2017 was to improve his mile time on the bike, which was 5:42. We’re happy to report that he sliced an entire minute off of his time, KILLING his mile at 4:42!
Now that Gary can move through greater ranges of motion, he is currently focusing on strength training. Because of this, along with some shifting in his healthy eating habits, he has put on almost 9 pounds of muscle and dropped 5.8% body fat. In addition to HUGE KUDOS from his trainer, Markus, Gary reports that he is now able to do more around his house without getting tired.
