I'm So Sick of This

Everyone seemingly has STRONG and unshakeable, yet highly judgmental positions…

"But also… meat should be the basis of your whole diet."


Seriously…can we celebrate those who are making an effort toward changing their habits and living healthier rather than having arguments online about who’s right and who’s wrong!? Because at the end of the day, there’s no perfect diet aside from the one that works for YOU that you can stick with long-term. Simple as that.
