Go somewhere sunnier for a few days, if possible. Get outside for some exercise. Don’t let the colder weather keep you locked inside! Our Willow Glen personal trainers will warm you up with our amazing outdoor workouts! Exercise! Check your vitamin D and consider a supplement. Eat right and limit your alcohol. Watch a movie set in a tropical scene (weird, but this actually makes a difference!) Engage in creative hobbies that bring you joy. This year, we’re all compromised in our abilities to do whatever we want. But that doesn’t mean we have to be ruled by SAD. Fight back and turn those blues around.
