Glad you asked… It’s the one small thing that helps you get back to baseline—even when everything else is all over the place. Maybe it’s your morning walk. Or making a protein-packed breakfast. Or that five-minute stretch you do before bed. (It doesn’t matter what it is—it just matters that you do it.) Because when your environment is chaotic, your habits are what keep you grounded.
