This reset will help your body shift out of “fight or flight” mode so you can actually digest your food, absorb it, and feel relaxed while you’re eating. (And for our Campbell clients who deal with things like emotional eating, poor digestion, blood sugar crashes, or late-night snacking, this is a simple KEY habit that helps them in a big way.)
