Small refinements that make a big difference


  • If you already do cardio like walking or the elliptical, increase your intensity in one or two sessions by adjusting speed or incline, and cut back on the time.
  • If you already eat mostly healthy whole foods, try adding protein to your first meal or including veggies at each meal.
  • Stop overdoing. If you’re pushing through near-daily workouts or low-calorie meal plans, your already-stressed body might need a break.

These refinements do not require extra time out of your schedule… what they do is make the time you are already using even MORE effective.
