Greetings fitness friends and welcome to another Digital Learning Experience at Method3 Fitness! This month we’re joined by Dr. Justin Brink of Premiere Spine and Sport who also owns the Premiere Recovery Lab (located inside PS&S). It is an amazing facility and their mission is simple and awesome: To help you restore healthy movement and balance, so you can get out of pain and back to the activities you love.

Dr. Brink and I dive into a few great strategies to help eliminate pain in the shoulder and hips/back which will also subsequently help you improve your performance! Enjoy this “hands on” DLE to improve the way you MOVE and rock some of these great exercises with us at home!
