THE 5-MINUTE ENERGY-BOOSTING MOBILITY FLOW
Set a timer for 5 minutes and cycle through these moves:

  • Cat-Cow Stretch (30 sec) – Loosens up your spine & boosts circulation
  • World’s Greatest Stretch (45 sec per side) – Opens up hips & upper body
  • Downward Dog to High Plank (30 sec) – Wakes up your entire body
  • Walking Hip Openers (20 sec each direction) – Lubricates tight hip joints
  • Thread the Needle (30 sec per side) – Improves spinal mobility & posture
