Michelle Mirizzi, MS, RD is a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of positions helping people of all ages understand the nutritional needs for a healthy lifestyle including that “it’s not just calories in and calories out.” She believes true health comes from fueling and nourishing your body with the right quality, balance and timing of foods in ways that fit your schedule.
Michelle has been part of the Method3 Fitness team since 2017 coaching partners to improve their mental health and make positive, lifelong eating and behavioral changes. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, cooking and trying out new recipes.
