Recipe: Blueberry Protein Smoothie

This recipe only has 4 ingredients and can be made in five minutes or less. It serves one, but feel free to multiple the ingredients if you’d like to share with family or friends.

Ingredients

1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1 Cup Coconut Milk OR 2 Tbsp Canned Coconut Cream

1-2 Scoop(s) Vanilla Protein Powder (measurement is indicated on your container)

1-2 Cups Water

Directions

Place all ingredients in your blender and process until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add less water.

Pro Tip: If you don’t plan on drinking your smoothie right away, blend the berries, milk, and water without the protein. Store in a blender bottle with your protein powder in a separate container or ziploc bag. Mix when you’re ready to drink it.
