Around this time of the year, our Campbell personal fitness trainers frequently ask our partners to make a “contingency plan” (a.k.a. “fallback plan”) in regards to their end of the year health and fitness goals, just in case their original plan doesn’t work.


In other words, we ask them to plan to fail.
