The thing about “finding balance”? It's not a one-and-done task.

  3. Ask for help. Delegate. Trade favors. Teamwork isn't just for the office!

And finally… don’t sweat the small stuff. Find what fits you and your goals — and make sure to schedule in some “you time.”
