Our Campbell personal trainers are not big on rules.

 

But they are big fans of the one we’re about to share with you.

 

Why?

 

Because it makes the number one action for a healthy, fit lifestyle a no-brainer. 

 

It virtually guarantees consistency, even when you get busy, your motivation is low, or even if you’re traveling. 

 

Here’s the rule:

 

Never skip more than two days in a row.

 

That’s it.

 

This works because it focuses on what actually drives results: Consistency.
