The concept is simple: getting 1% better every day doesn't feel like much in the moment, but it compounds into something giant over time.

 

One percent better for a year? You end up 37 times better than where you started.

Here's what that actually looks like:

Let's say you want to hit 10K steps a day, but right now you're only getting around 1,200.

 

If you increase by just 1% each day:

  • Day 30: 1,620 steps
  • Day 90: 2,952 steps
  • Day 150: 5,379 steps
  • Day 215: 10,000 steps

You went from barely moving to hitting 10K in about 7 months without ever feeling like you made a huge jump.
