Annika Bishop became a valued member of the Method3 Fitness family as a Partner (aka Client) in 2019, seeking a gym that would provide motivation and support modifications to accommodate physical limitations. It didn't take long for Annika to realize that Method3 was the perfect fit!
Throughout her life, Annika has maintained an active lifestyle, engaging in various forms of exercise. She has been a certified Spinning instructor for 10 years, dedicated to weight training, and even organized "backyard workouts" with friends and family to share her passion for fitness.
Inspired by her experience at Method3 Fitness, Annika pursued certification as a personal trainer through the National College of Exercise Professionals. She firmly believes in the importance of staying active, enhancing strength and coordination as we age, and embracing enjoyment throughout the fitness journey. Coach Annika follows the philosophy that our body is our home, protecting us, and emphasizes the need to treat it well by maintaining strength and promoting overall health.
Coach Annika's commitment to continuous growth led her to become TOA (Training The Older Adult) certified, allowing her to provide specialized guidance and support to older adults on their fitness journeys. She is dedicated to helping Method3 Fitness partners live Stronger For Today!
