We’re officially halfway through the year — and if you haven’t followed through the way you wanted, our San Jose personal trainers want you to know that  you're not the only one.

Take 5–10 minutes this week and answer these 3 questions (in a notebook, in your phone, or even just in your head while you walk):

  1. What’s actually been helping you feel better this year?
    (ex. walking more, better sleep, more protein, boundaries, less sugar)
  2. What’s draining you — or just doesn’t fit your life anymore?
    (ex. trying to do long workouts, skipping meals, overcommitting to plans)
  3. What’s one small, realistic change that would make the rest of the year easier?(ex. packing lunch 3x/week, 10-min stretch at night, walking after dinner, getting to bed before 11)

That’s it!

Just a quick check-in to adjust what might not be working for you.
